Terms and Conditions – Aruba Webinar Instant AP Offer

1. Sponsor: Hewlett-Packard Nederland B.V. ("HPE"), Stroombaan 16,1181 VX Amstelveen, The Netherlands.

2. How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY & PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCE OF PARTICIPATION. If an end user, or potential end user submits a registration to the “Free AP Central Trial Program” with their business email address, it will be considered a single entry for eligibility of the Aruba Access Point and Aruba Central license offer (hereinafter “Evaluation Kit”). LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON/HOSTID/GUARDID/NICID. The Evaluation Kit, a single Aruba Access Point and single Aruba Central evaluation license, valued at approximately EUR 340.- is subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By filling out the Programregistration, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Terms and Conditions or the entry itself, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which are final and binding in all respects. The promotional Aruba Access Points (“AP”) may not be used for resale or distribution. By filling out the registration, entrants affirm that they have read, accepted and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Limit one free AP per legal entity and per individual employed by that particular legal entity while supplies last.

3. Eligibility: To qualify for this offer, only an end user who entered valid data in all fields of the application formwill be accepted. Qualified end users will be called by an Aruba representative to validate contact information (hereinafter “Entrants”). Existing Aruba customers are eligible to participate. Entrants must be residents of the Netherlands and at least 18 years old. This offer is void in all other locations and where prohibited by law. The following persons are not eligible to participate in this offer:

Employees of HPE, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family and household members;
HPE partners, resellers or consultants and their respective employees.

In addition, Entrants must satisfy the following requirements:

Provide a valid legal entity, company name and website
Be an IT professional employed by that company working in the Netherlands and have an active role of managing, maintaining, or monitoring their organization’s network infrastructure
Register with a shipping address in the Netherlands
Register with their company email address
Confirm satisfaction of the above requirements and shipping address with an Aruba or HPE representative by phone
Plan deployment of a networking project of a minimum required size within the next 12 months
Agree to be contacted regularly by an HPE representative throughout the duration of the 90 day trial

4. Values & Odds: Interested parties are not guaranteed to receive the Evaluation Kit. The Evaluation Kit is valued at approximately EUR 340,-. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of the Evaluation Kit. The exact model of the Aruba Access Point included in the Evaluation Kit will be determined by Aruba, in its sole discretion. Stocks are limited, meaning Entrants are not guaranteed to receive the Evaluation Kit.

HPE reserves the right to not fulfil your free Evaluation Kit shipment in the event that the promotional Evaluation Kit is not certified in your country, or it is unable to clear customs at the time of shipment. The Evaluation Kit is free, provided, however, that Entrants are responsible for all taxes and duties, if any, in connection with participation in this offer.Due to the risk of abuse of this offer, HPE will not provide the promotional Evaluation Kit to individuals who register with yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, or other email domains not registered to your company. 5. Disclaimers: Entrants agree that to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, HPE shall not be liable for, and Entrants shall release and hold HPE, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”), harmless from, any and all losses, costs, expenses, damages, liabilities or injuries of any kind resulting from an Entrant’s acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of the Evaluation Kit, or participation in this offer. By accepting the Evaluation Kit you represent that you are authorized by your employer to participate in this offer and accept the Evaluation Kit and that you will disclose receipt of the Evaluation Kit to your employer as and if required. Entrants also agree that the Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to an Entrant's or third party's property or assets (including any computer system and/or its contents), related to or resulting from participation in this offer. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability which may not be excluded or limited by applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability – Promotion Operation: By filling out the registration for the Evaluation Kit, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Entrants release and discharge Released Parties from any and all liability resulting from: late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, unreadable, incorrect, inaccurate, garbled, or unintelligible communications, including without limitation, entries and entry information, regardless of the method of transmission.

7. Disqualification: HPE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the registration or any related website; to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person participating in or connected with the registration. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different identities, or any other prohibited methods will void that participant’s entry and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. HPE’s server shall be the official time stamp for the purposes of determining the validity of any entries (where applicable).

8. Privacy: By submitting a registration for offer consideration, and providing HPE with your personal data, you consent to the use of your personal data by HPE for purposes of conducting this offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, including being contacted by HPE or its representatives in connection with this offer. HPE will handle your personal data in accordance with its privacy policy and all applicable privacy laws. 9. Governing Law: HPE reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, discontinue or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice in its sole discretion. The decision of HPE in respect of any and all aspects of this offer will be final and correspondence will not be entered into. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
