Austin Hawthorne is the Americas As a Services Sales Director at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company. Austin has over 25 years’ experience in network, network security, and cyber security sales and sales engineering, working with the largest and most complex worldwide customer challenges and helping them achieve their business goals. Having joined Aruba in 2004, he has held various roles from System Engineering, running the WW Systems Engineering organization, to leading strategic business transformation initiatives.

He offers a unique blend of business acumen, solution and service delivery, and account management to achieve desired business outcomes. With more than 13 years of C-level enterprise sales and most recently, several years of selling As-a-Service solutions, he is repeatedly recognized for engaging key accounts and delivering value.
Rich currently serves as the As-a-Service Territory Manager for Aruba where he works closely with clients to ensure the Network-As-a-Service (NaaS) value proposition and benefits are fully realized. He leverages his experience to produce client centric NaaS solutions that drive revenue, customer satisfaction and account loyalty.
